Nathan McKane

At first glance, my resume looks like a good fit for a construction company; but in reality I listed jobs and college courses/degrees that truly help me in any field. I didn't just learn carpentry at Johnson College. I learned how to resolve issues, work alongside other members, create solutions when the unforeseen happens, etc. While my time at Ithaca was short, I truly believe I learned more in a year of attending school there then anywhere I've worked or was a student at. I also felt a connection to nature and the wildlife that calls the forests home. Ithaca was able to bring me closer to that then i ever was before.
