When I arrive each day, I stay focused on completing my job as efficient and correctly as possible. I uplift my coworkers to also do a good job. I feel I do a good job at keeping the people around me motivated and doing the right thing when it comes to work and things that need to be done. Im very responsible when it comes to work and everything that comes with it. I am reliable and a hard worker.

I did just about everything you can do as a manager, I was acting GM for a good portion of my time at toppers. I did Inventory reports for all of the products. I do the computer work that runs numbers for the day/week. Make sure everyone's hours are correct and accounted for, make schedules, and train new employees. I make sure everything is done correctly in all aspects the job. I do exemplary in customer service. I am responsible for all of the money, the safe, make sure everything is closed and locked up, I also do every side of the job from prep/ making pizzas / boxing food up/ to handing out the food or delivering the food. I've learned so much from this position that i still use till this day in life and in other work situtions.

I started off as a regular worker on the inside, I worked the daytime shift and would also pick up the night shift most nights out of the week, daytime shift I would unload all of the AKT's full of mail and transport it into containters to be sorted and shipped out elsewhere. Night shift I would fill AKT's full of mail sorted and organized like a tetris puzzle. I worked hard and moved up fast and was eventually a manager pretty fast where I ran the shift on night shift that consisted of paper work and making sure everyone was doing there job efficiently and productivly, also make sure all the numbers were correct of how much weight was put into the AKT's
