Summary

Between Illegal Pete's and Esp Hi-Fi i have learned both speed and quality. At Pete's, there is a huge need for speed as our bar fills up from a full 360. Between both I have learned to remain calm in fast-paced environments while still providing both quality and knowledge about cocktails, spirits, wine and beer. Now at The Broken Cage, I have gained knowledge on all of the classic cocktail options, as well as interesting flavor combinations for some modern cocktails. When working at red rocks, I speak with up to thousands of people a day and maintain a clear and focused mindset. After years now in the service industry I can confidently say, I have gained experience within serving and making quality food and beverage. Making and serving drinks has turned into a passion of mine.
