Post 58 is a youth led mountaineering organization that focuses on building leadership, wilderness skills and group living.

• Collaborated with full time employees to fix issues such as gender inequality, financial restraints from joining the organization, and financial prospects.
• Established agendas for entire organization monthly meetings, by reaching out to speakers.
• Showed leadership at events through public speaking, management and facilitation.

• Interacted one on one with people of different socio-economic statuses to fulfill their needs
