  • I reopened two different locations during the pandemic where I hired and trained an entirely new staff of management and staff to full functioning stores when we lost most staff in those locations or moved existing staff to closer locations to keep others still open.
  • My main duties after opening the closed locations was to hire and train new staff in our lowest profiting and least clean locations. Often spending a month in a location or two hiring and training those based off their schedules and reporting to our VP and Franchise owner on my daily tasks and completed goals given to me by then.

  • As a Area manager for the company I over saw anywhere from 5-8 stores at any given time, out of all 41 stores I over saw at least 30 of them over my stint and helped develop those struggling to see positive gains and those already doing well to seeing new heights.
  • I was in charge of meeting Labor, Cost of goods, Comps over the year before, Paperwork correctness and Company audit score goals rarely not met.
  • I was in charge of hiring and training new management and development of all staff in store. (example: an entire store of management and staff walked out in the middle of a shift and I went in and single handedly ran the rest of the shift along with hiring and training an entirely new staff from scratch.)
  • I helped with installation of heavy equipment during the building stages of a store (example: construction of the entirety of refrigeration and freezer units, shelving for both stock and equipment. Installation of media and video equipment and back office setups)
  • Overseen the maintaining of multiple locations daily tasks and store goals and cleanliness.
