• Clinical leader serving both as charge nurse and preceptor
• Responds to hospital wide rapid response calls and code cardiac arrest
• Provide direct care to critically ill patients: post surgical and open heart surgeries. CABG, AVR/MVR, aortic dissection, STEMI and NSTEMI, IABP, CRRT, ECMO, hemodynamically unstable requiring multiple vasopressors and life support systems.
• Provide direct care to patients with critical neurological conditions: post cerebrovascular surgeries and procedures, monitoring and managing EVDs/ESDs, and intracranial pressure monitoring.
• Assist physicians at bedside with procedures such as insertion of central lines, chest tubes, and intubation.

• Develop and manage RN schedules
• Provide direct care for post surgical and telemetry patients: specializing in GI surgeries, pacemaker placements, pericardial windows, and thoracic surgeries.
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator dependent patients
• Trained in manual peritoneal dialysis
• Responsible for drips: Anti-arrhythmic, PCA/epidural, Diuretics, and Heparin/Argatroban.
