I'll usually work on or upgrade my own laptops, I'll usually replace the hard drive with a solid state drive and upgrade the ram. Then I'll clone the windows OS over from the old hard drive to the new SSD using a program. I've done this for my mom's computer, my aunts computer, and I've even worked on my friends computers. I've also got experience building computers.
