Each band/level came with a new set of privileges and required an application from the client to move to the next band/level. The application required signatures from each department to ensure the client was meeting the standards set across the board, promoted client side accountability within treatment.

Implemented new intake search procedures to minimize the risks of occurrences and contraband coming into the facility.

Implemented new procedure for direct care staff to assign priority to client needs and requests with a system to track the efficiency of staff meeting client needs through client request forms. Creating a new leading metric that sustainable and reasonable to track to promote optimization of staff work flow.

Developed a daily responsibility log for direct care staff to follow to ensure all responsibilities are met day-to-day which in turn created another trackable metric to maximize efficiency.
