I am very adaptable in any situation and able to learn quickly. I have the experience to encourage and train others, and keep them motivated. A big part of working in fast food is conflict resolution and I have plenty of experience achieving this both with coworkers and customers, making sure everyone gets what they want as long as it's reasonable. I also have nonprofessional experience taking care of children. I've babysat my nice many times from very early on in her life, as well as other relatives. Today I watch her almost everyday for at least a couple hours until her parents return from work, and so i have experience guiding children to do good and behave, teaching them, making sure they're needs are met, and keeping the parents happy even when conflicts arise, by my fault or the childs. I took a psychology class in highschool, which included child psychology and it has been an interest of mine since, and i plan to be a teacher to young students in the future.
I knew every position before I even started, accept for truck which i learned there. I was responsible mostly for keeping the kitchen clean and providing fast and accurate orders to the customers needs. I was happy to work long hours and do what no one else would for the team. I was friendly and efficient with all customers. I always made sure that everyone worked together to ensure smooth transitions and operations throughout the day and night.
I was responsible for keeping up the efficiency of my coworkers, as well as leading by example. I would keep the area clean, keep production going and always stay busy, making sure everyone knew how important it was to do the same. I handled many customer complaints with care and concern, and many left happy because of my ability to fix any given situation within the company policy. I was responsible for making shift plans, making sure everyone was put where they could be the most efficient, while also making sure they could get training where they lacked.
