Assistant Director

Archpreneurs
06.2023 - 12.2023

Archpreneurs is a marketing team that markets home improvement companies inside of Costco. My duties at Archpreneurs would include, but were not limited to the following:

  • Study scripts, create scripts, and generate leads for the companies that we were promoting (Reborn Cabinets and Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodels).
  • I became a Corporate Trainer 2 weeks after being hired because I had generated the most leads. This led me to be the leader of a team and make sure that every person on my team found success.
  • My team was finding success, so they promoted me to Assistant Director and sent me out to Portland, Oregon to run my own office. I taught myself the entire backend of running, the business and took all the necessary steps to be successful. Unfortunately, the companies we were promoting did not see the benefit of sending us to Oregon, so we were pulled from that market.
  • Conduct 1st and 2nd round interviews for new sales representatives, and recruit the people who are the best fit for the position.
  • Improved staffing during busy periods by creating employee schedules and monitoring call-outs.
  • Set aggressive targets for employees to drive company success and strengthen motivation.
  • Maintained positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions.
