This has helped my leadership roles by learning how to fix mistakes in a stressful environment. In college, I am currently playing for the schools rugby club team. I have been using my leadership role from high school in helping the new players coming in who have never played before. I have also been very open in my role in the club, going from a role where I was a high leader to a smaller role.
