  • I have worked at this establishment for nearly 2 years and I am still employed here part-time, I have worn many different hats throughout, I started out serving which included taking care of many tables at once, multi-tasking in the finest regard. After I became a tenured employee I was trained as a bartender which added to my customers experience, and allowed me more freedom in the workplace. Currently I still do both of these positions, but with my communication and interpersonal skills I've moved into the management era of my time here, both de-escalating upset customers, while also aspiring to make satisfied customers even more thrilled. I think this position highlights many of my skills, the standout ones being leadership, communication, and the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.

  • In this position I'm responsible for making my own appointments with various businesses and home-users to perform repairs and trouble-shooting on various dell products and services. I have repaired small and big, a 14-inch laptop in a dorm room, to an entire server room at a fortune 500 company, it's a true example of every day is different.
  • I have completed all of the applicable Dell certifications for hardware and software troubleshooting and repair, as well as many customer-focused trainings, which have bestowed an incredible amount of knowledge on me.
  • I have learned how to deal with exceedingly difficult customers, and make them feel at ease, this is where my true skills of de-escalation came into the picture.
  • I've also mastered the art of time management as I am one of the most efficient techs on the gulf coast, both with physically performing hardware fixes and setting up my day to day schedule for success
  • This was my very first exceedingly "professional" job, and it taught me more than I could ever ask, from working with people from all walks of life, to attending meetings with Dell's tech guru's, its been more knowledge than I could have ever asked for.

  • From time to time I would also work as a shift-lead and manage the in-store employees, this was the budding flower of my leadership skills.
