This position with Turnkey Network Systems is divided into two roles

1. Installation of fiber optic internet/phone for Race Communications for residential customers

2. Installation of structured cabling in commercial, construction & residential environments

- Installation of network security cameras for Iron Delta/ Deep Sentinel clients

- Installation of Unify Access systems, Qolsys IQ Alarm systems and AV equipment

• Utilized advanced telemetry applications, bucket truck, meters, and hand tools to conduct backbone maintenance and repairs on Charter's hybrid-fiber-coax network.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of active and passive HFC components, including AC power supplies, nodes, amplifiers, taps, and coaxial transmission lines.
• Participated in the FCC CLI program, ensuring adherence to signal leakage standards in 47 CFR Section 76.611, and maintaining cable television system integrity to avoid disruptions to aircraft navigation and communication.

• Performed detailed troubleshooting and restoration of VoIP, cable TV, and internet/Wi-Fi services for subscribers of Charter Communications in Riverside County, CA.
• Developed proficiency in ISP operations and hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) networks by completing internal company courses and exams.
• Engaged directly with customers in homes, identifying solutions and delivering customer education on services and technology as a whole.
• Delivered end-user support for residential and commercial clients, resolving networking and computer issues affecting all services.
• Configured and tested modems, routers, PCs, and switches for proper operation.
• Trained other employees through the employer's mentorship program.

• Performed installation and troubleshooting of VoIP, cable TV, and internet/Wi-Fi for subscribers of Charter Communications throughout the San Gabriel Valley, Riverside County, and Santa Cruz County. I also trained several new employees.
• Supported customers with home networking and computer setup, ensuring proper connection to the cable modem and wireless routers. Assisted customers with connecting any other devices to home Wi-Fi.

• Performed installation and troubleshooting of VoIP, cable TV, and internet/Wi-Fi for subscribers of Charter Communications throughout LA and Riverside County
• Provided basic technical support for customer computers and networking devices during service installations.
• Ensured correct router setup and PC connectivity as part of each job completion checklist.
