Communication

Through my military training and civilian life, I have learned how to communicate effectively using various electronic methods, such as through emails as well as radio communications. I have also learned effective inter-personal communication skills.

Leadership

In my civilian career I spent time as a shift supervisor where I oversaw the day-to-day operations and production for 17 personnel during my shift. In my military career, I am expected to lead a team of soldiers into a potentially hostile environment to complete an objective. I also answer their questions, help them with any problems they may be experiencing, as well as regularly check on their mental and emotional health.
