Coaching Philosophy

I believe athletics provides a unique opportunity to develop the whole person. My goal as a coach is to help young women grow in their faith, character, leadership, relationships, academics, and athletic abilities. I believe a successful program is built on trust, accountability, discipline, servant leadership, and a commitment to excellence. My responsibility as a coach is not only to prepare athletes to compete at a high level, but also to help prepare them to become women of character who positively impact their families, communities, and future workplaces.
