Selected as one of 40 participants out of 225 talented applicants nationwide for a fully funded, week-long summer program. Composed and performed an original piece and participated in collaborative performances with other artists, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
NAACP 46th National ACT-SO (Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological, Scientific Olympics) Competition - Won Bronze Medal in Contemporary Music Category. Placed third place, competing against 40 talented young musicians across the country.
