Manage and organize the entire trail staff program of Northern Tier. Responsibilities included: Management of a team of over 140 guides, communication between upper management and employees, served as manager on call for all medical and non medical situations on base and in the field, was on call for stretches of over 100 hours consecutively without losing effectiveness, communication over radio channels to manage situations in the field from the base radio center, organized and executed medical evacuations from a backcountry setting on more than one occasion, served as acting Director of Trail Staff for two weeks when the director had to step away.
