I hold a bachelor’s degree in veterinary medical technology. MSU’s VMT program allowed for many opportunities to experience many different fields of Veterinary Medicine. Working as an Emergency Lab Technician polished my ability to conduct lab tests and prepare reagents, solutions, and specimens for microscopic examination. I also have experience working throughout the MSU Clinic where I did rotations through clinics like the ICU, radiology, anesthesia, surgery, ophthalmology, and large animal departments.
