  • I also kept the restaurant clean and helped bus tables under this time to ensure guests got the best experience in a clean environment
  • Once I became of legal age to get my TABC certification, I immediately started serving in February of 2019
  • Under this position I gained a lot of knowledge about wines, serving food, responsibly serving alcohol, and how to deal with high-pace and high-stress situations efficiently and expeditiously
  • In my serving position, I quickly became the #1 alcohol seller and top-rated server in the restaurant
  • Unfortunately, COVID happened and made business very slow and so I had to find another job in order to pay my bills and such.
