  • Wrap pallets, and scan for qty.
  • Load products in truck, as well as unload trucks with incoming supplies

  • Use tape to to cover specific places on module to keep potting out
  • Bond mica with glue in the front and the back also fill holes in back of module scan products barcode press complete twice and send to next station

  • Lay 4 hook screws on sides
  • Place metal sandwich top on module/line up with hook screws
  • Get washers and bolts to secure module drill tight for process scan product and place time of compleation

  • Pull module off conveyor using long hook
  • Place product on high boy
  • Take over to the curing racks and let the item sit until ready for testing
  • When ready test module at EI02
  • Place negative and positive line on specific parts of product/scan and start puls test
  • Next check mica/module for defects
  • Drill in screw lines for hypot testing to module
  • Make sure power connects dont have potting inside and they work then scan badge number on computer and then scan madule test will automaticly start after scan
