I am a leader of multiple men and women as a lead student officer which shows one of my many leadership skills. I deal with multiple day to day things such as creating new schedules, doing daily institutional lock up around campus, finding replacements for shifts when one can't cover. I also am in charge of training and working all 12 of my student officers (men and women) to boost safety and campus security at all home events. During football games it is my responsibility to train and place my workers for parking as we do parking for the first half of the game. I also am a motivated individual with strong work ethic and working independently with strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
