  • Led an effort to ensure cyber compliance among 73 payment-related business applications containing PCI. This was completed in order to prepare for the WorldPay PCI DSS assessment.
  • Led the effort in remediating cyber non-compliance for the over 500 datasets we have in our inventory during our monthly transmission and quality checks.
  • Enforced having logs sent to our central repository so that our Cyber Security Operations Center could have quick access in the case of unauthorized access gained to an application by a threat actor.
  • Used SIEM tooling to check on cyber logging for application datasets.
  • Closed out over 200 Jira tickets related to enforcing cyber compliance on an application's dataset.

  • Executed a compliance campaign to enforce least privilege for 3,047 users across multiple lines of business (Retail, Premium Product Experience, and Shopping), who had the ability to bypass the Enterprise Proxy, but no longer had a valid business need for the access. This prevented high-risk entitlements from being given unnecessarily, and lowered risk across the company.
  • Mitigated Data Loss Prevention risk by ensuring the remediation of protected data download violations from associate endpoints across the Retail Line of Business. This prevented escalation to executives, as well as prevented the improper storage of confidential information.
  • Facilitated the Q4 Shopping RCSA, and helped drive to get mitigation plans added across the five cyber/tech risks
  • Scheduled calls with stakeholders in order to increase buy-in with risks found. An executive summary was presented that listed risks, scope, exposure, as well as mitigation impact.
  • Lead an effort to enforce MFA with our third parties' bank portals. Engaged stakeholders from Bank of America, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, etc., to ensure risk reduction in the case of a threat actor trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts within these third-party bank portals.
  • Identified a data exfiltration risk and proactively scheduled calls with stakeholders to increase buy-in .
  • Led the effort in working with the proxy and Mac engineering teams to address the data exfiltration risk at hand. This required multiple calls with relevant stakeholders, where I influenced the approach that would be taken regarding this risk.
