As a reactivationist I am in charge of: developing new campaigns and working directly with our campaign managers to get them delivered; contacting inactive patients via email, telephone, mail, and various portals in regards to scheduling; answering and diverting phone calls to the appropriate departments; answering patients inquiries about insurance, treatment, and scheduling; creating personal connections with patients; assisting the receptionist, scheduler, and new patient coordinator whenever is needed; and working directly with doctors whenever assistance is needed.

At Dutch Bros I was in charge of: creating personal connections with our customers; making drinks and grabbing food items in a timely manner; working in a team-based environment; maintaining a clean and safe working environment; handling cash and card payments; answering customer inquiries in regards to allergies, nutritional factors, and flavor profile; working in fast paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once; and operated machinery such as grinders and espresso machines.

As a server I was in charge of: seating customers in an orderly and timely manner; creating close connections with our customers; creating an energetic and fun environment for our customers; putting in customers orders and getting it out to them in a timely manner; handling any inquiries in regards to allergens, nutritional factors, and flavor profiles; handling cash and card payments; maintaining a clean and safe work environment by OSHA and Health District regulations; and working in fast paced environment while balancing multiple tasks at once.
