  • I helped start the initial Apprenticeship program, I was the Mentor, for the program, I supervised , assigned jobs, Provided training to do different jobs, help with their Schooling, and assist with Annual Performance Reviews. I also performed most of our Maintenance on the Building and Grounds, from plumbing, carpentry, electrical, concrete work, and landscaping, to sweeping floors.

I have done Extensive Welding of many different materials, including Aluminum, Tool Steels, Mild Steels, and Stainless Steel. I Wired Very large and Detailed Electrical Control Panels, containing PLC's, Power Supplies, Motor Starters, Relays, and Chipboards. I wired these solely for the final two years of employment. I also performed Painting, General maintenance, and landscaping.
