• Supporting and managing the on-site staff.

• Managing a house of clients that suffer from drug addiction and mental health issues
• Supporting the clients with their specific case management needs such as court date appearances to medical appointments
• Keeping the clients motivated to continue their treatment

• Organizing and executing various activities for mental health clients
• Managing staff and clients in a large environment.

• Supporting mental health clients in their day to day living, life skills, medication compliance, and de-escalation.
