Work History

PA-C

  • Performed focused history and physical examinations, developed working differential diagnoses, and ordered basic to comprehensive laboratory studies when indicated. I am proficient in assessing and treating minor emergencies which are listed below. I also assisted other Emergency Physicians with more major emergencies and life threatening conditions when needed. During this time I worked at Ochsner-Kenner, Ochsner-River Parish, and St. Charles Parish Hospital. I worked with countless different Emergency Physicians which allowed me to develop strong relationships with a variety of different personalities in the ED setting. This has also provided me the opportunity to work at Ochsner-River Parish which is a stand alone ED and a unique setting. This required many consultations with specialists and sub-specialists, transfers to other Ochsner facilities, and critical thinking to appropriately treat patients with more limited resources than a standard ED in a hospital.
