Sales Consultant
- Consulting clients on purchasing the perfect vehicle for their situation by following every step to the sale. First by analyzing their needs-wants, and asking a lot of questions about why they are shopping for a new/used vehicle. Next, I will demo and test drive the make/model of the vehicle selected, giving the client an opportunity to envision themselves owning the product. After the client makes their selection, I will proceed to gather more information to show them a price sheet of the out the door price, financing and leasing terms based on the clients credit. Once the client has agreed to a monthly payment or out the door price, I will gather more preliminary paperwork for the business-finance office. Before the client enters finance, I ensure confidence in the sale by taking the client to our service department, introducing them to a service advisor, and making sure any last questions are answered. After the client leaves the finance office, I will deliver the vehicle by reviewing all features again and addressing any concerns. Making sure the client is extremely happy and confident in their purchase.
