Current role and responsibilities

As a Service and Engagement Team lead, I am responsible for leading a team of hourly employees to deliver excellent guest service and drive key performance metrics, with a focus on improving guest service by reducing wait times, interacting with guests, and recovering from service issues, as well as supporting guest services like order pick up, drive-up, and returns and understanding how my department and team contribute to the store's profitability and work to drive sales.
