As a Service and Engagement Team lead, I am responsible for leading a team of hourly employees to deliver excellent guest service and drive key performance metrics, with a focus on improving guest service by reducing wait times, interacting with guests, and recovering from service issues, as well as supporting guest services like order pick up, drive-up, and returns and understanding how my department and team contribute to the store's profitability and work to drive sales. As well as planning the team's daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals, and building a team of knowledgeable Guest Advocates. Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain talent. Closing skill gaps through development, coaching, and team interactions.
