• Enhanced comfort for 93 years old patient by providing attentive care, whose diagnose was Dementia, Congestive heart failire and and in the later years she was also diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which made her increasingly aggressive.

• Over the course of five years, her condition gradually changed I often had to adjust my caregiving approach to meet her changing needs. She did not like bathing, refused to take medications, frequently resisted assistance, and often refused to eat, but I continually developed new techniques to ensure my duties were completed effectively. She also had chronic heart failure, and I was responsible for monitoring and managing her condition. In the final stage, she became bedridden, and I provided full bedbound patient care.
