In the classroom, it was incorporated the standards from The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) which identifies three modes of communication: interpersonal: Student engagement with other students, interpretative: Student demonstrates an understanding of spoken and written communication within appropriate cultural context, and presentational: Students present orally or in witting information and concepts and ideas to an audience. Focused on maximizing student learning potential through diverse instructional strategies and classroom management techniques. Technically-astute LOTE/Spanish experienced in offering positive and nurturing learning environments to foster language development. Dedicated to assisting students in growing, developing and grasping Spanish material. Familiar with group and individual language instructional strategies, recordkeeping and student safety policies.
