Projects

Teaching the trainer sessions (Lead) - Assisting peers with a better understanding of company processes, tips/tricks, and sharing internal knowledge to level up peers. Field support expert- Assisting in building and supporting a new training program for a specialized department in Panama City, Panama. Pilot program for NH (New Hires) handoff- Assisted and helped facilitate a smoother process for new hire handoffs when they are done with training and go to their official new teams. We’ve had nothing but positive feedback to follow.
