• In charge of providing quick, exceptional customer service by leading a team and overseeing store operations during closing hours.
• In charge of store closing procedures: cleaning, counting money to add to bank deposits, closing stores computer system, arming alarm systems, insuring store was closed from every door, etc.
• Trained new and former team members on ever-changing procedures and areas they can learn or improve.
