New Product Development of GaN-MOCVD Cluster Platform

Development of system layout to meet serviceability and customer footprint requirements

Work closely with stakeholders to covert Marketing requirements into system specification

Collaborate with process team and design a Platform that helps to meet process spec.

Design of Vacuum system (Transfer Chamber, Load lock, Buffer, vacuum plumbing, conductance calculations and pump selection)

Design of Complex frame structures that accommodates MOCVD reactors

Design of Reactor elements such as Carrier, Liner and Exhaust to optimize MOCVD process

Tool Throughput analysis and optimization

Drive Design to meet cost targets without compromising quality and product function

Work with cross functional teams throughout different phases of Product development (Concept generation to DVT)

Independently drive complex projects from Design thru Production release

Technical review and guidance to resolve Field and Manufacturing issues and resolve PRs

Concept generation and present Concept Review (Trade off Analysis) to finalize Design option

Complete Detailed Design and present Detailed Design Review to get approval for Part procurement
CAD (Creo & NX) Design knowledge in Sheet metal, Machining, Assembly
Good Knowledge and understanding of System level documents
Familiar to PLM, Team center and SAP interfaces
Hand calculations to validate Structural, Thermal and Flow aspects of system in focus
Proficient in GD&T and ASME standards

Work with Should-costing team to verify manufacturability and arrive at cost-effective design

Support Program management team on new parts procurement for Testing

Create Test plans for Alpha (In-house testing) validation (Fit & Functional verification) of new designs

Support BU engineers to present Critical Design review (Test results) to enable customer shipment

Improve design based on Testing feedback and release parts to Production through CO process

Devise Beta validation plan and work with FSEs to execute Beta test and qualify parts

Work with POA team to cut-in new options and maintain accurate Product Architecture

Work with Remote factories and Suppliers to resolve build and Manufacturing issues through PRs

New Product Development of Industrial Centrifugal Pumps

New Product development of Vertical Turbine pumps
