• Responsible for the management, implementation, and support of all Atlassian products for McKesson Technology and its larger business units.
• Partnering with business units to design and implement enterprise solutions in the areas of ITSM, portfolio management, business operations and support.
• Leading migration efforts of legacy applications to existing Atlassian on-prem and Cloud infrastructure
• Performing problem triage and root cause analysis to troubleshoot all support technologies within McKesson Technology.

• Provide written and live training, and support for JIRA to development and project teams as needed.
• Apply built-in customization and third-party add-ons to extend JIRA functionality as needed.
• Develop custom scripts for advanced workflow integration.
• Use REST APIs to integrate with other applications/tools.
• Administer Confluence, creating and supporting spaces, blueprints, templates, users/groups, and add-ons.
• Define and execute JIRA and Confluence upgrade procedures.
• Developed workflow post-function using groovy scripts and Build scripts for post-functions to reduce the cost for plugins.
• Extensively worked with iDalko Table Grid plugin, updating the tables from database using scripts.

• Developing complex workflow solutions for Jira and Jira Service Desk using: Jira Suite Utilities, Jira Workflow Management, Extensions, ScriptRunner for Jira.
• Implementing new work practices to enhance efficiencies in the areas of: Development and administrative standards, Add-on evaluation and implementation, Project Configurator.
• Created JIRA Workflows, Screens, Fields, permissions, notifications, new users, roles, and versions, for multiple projects as per business needs.
• Developed Jira workflows and custom automation, supported existing automation.
• Manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian products.
• Provided training on JIRA Administration, Support & troubleshooting of JIRA.

The training is carried out through the installations on Digital Switching Systems - CDOT, Broadband Installation, OFC Station, GSM/CDMA Installation.
