  • Performed advanced wet-lab techniques such as flow cytometry, molecular cloning, mammalian cell culture, bacterial culture, viral vector production, and molecular assays.
  • Isolated and genetically modified patient-derived T cells, including PBMCs, and CD3, CD4, and CD8 subsets.
