As a security guard, I am responsible for ensuring the safety of both the premises and all customers. I have gained experience working at high-profile venues such as the Honda Center, SoFi Stadium, Snapdragon Stadium, and many others. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
I scan, upload, and attach invoices to internal systems (Appfolio) ensuring invoice information is entered with accuracy and attention to detail. Also, assist with reviewing/mailing out owner statements and organizing financial documentation to support a smooth and efficient operations.
RECEPTIONIST
I answer daily incoming calls from tenants, owners, and new inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication. I also schedule appointments for applicants and agents while providing front-office support and assisting with a wide range of day-to-day administrative needs.
FILE CLERK
I obtain, sort, and organize essential property management documents while maintaining filing systems categorized by property and unit. I also support overall office operations by ensuring records are up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible when needed.
I enhanced the customer experience by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and guiding them through store layouts. I organized merchandise displays to maximize visibility and accessibility, creating a more engaging and seamless shopping environment. I maintained accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, ensuring product availability at all times, and placing orders for new stock.
