Summary

Working at Wells Fargo is where I truly got to excell in transaction processing accuracy, growing and building customer relationships and trust. Using my Spanish-speaking ability, I was also able to enhance customer service experience for a lot of customers, even with customers who spoke very little English and no Spanish, I would always use the best of my abilities to able to provide help. Not only has Wells Fargo helped with my career growth, but also with my personal growth. I've learned patience, how to quickly and efficiently solve problems, I have grown to be more comfortable and confident with what I do, and I have been able to practice and expand my vocabulary in Spanish. I have been more than grateful for my experience at Wells Fargo, but I am ready for new opportunities to further my knowledge and growth, and I am always prepared to learn and accommodate to something new!
