  • I began my work with ABA Compass in February of 2025, I was able to take the skills I've learned at RCAAS and applied them to an at home setting. My responsibilities included parent training, and providing ABA to a child in their at home setting. This included DTT, functional communication, and manding.

  • I began my work with RCAAS as a Job Coach and then after graduation I began my new position as a Behavior Technician. I work in this company under direct supervision of the BCBAs, to help improve the basic life skills of Adults with Autism. We work on community skills, as well as skills that are useful for the work environment. My responsibilities include tracking behaviors, teaching life skills, providing medication when needed, working on maintaining their employment, and de-escalating situations and restraining when needed in order to keep themselves and others safe in the environment.
