I've been working greater than 7 years in the restaurant industry with great responsibility. I took this role to provide for my family, and as a result I have learned so man things including time management, working as a team, and the true meaning of hard work. It was certainly not easy working twelve hour shifts back- to- back, week to week while being a full-time student student but doing it allowed for a sense growth and maturity. It has helped me in building an understanding of hard work and dedication as a young man. I know what businesses need out of their employees, and I'm willing to fulfill that space to the best of my ability. I've ran several businesses until today and helping my family will always be my number one priority. However getting this opportunity will give me a better outlook of helping myself in the near future, and possibly starting my journey towards what I've always wanted.
