As a 21st century educational leader, I support my teachers to create student- centered, differentiated, and inclusive learning environment by training them on 21st century teaching skills. Highly experienced in designing and developing training curriculum to engage teachers in planning effective teaching and learning strategies. Considering learners’ abilities, challenges and learning styles while teaching and designing a course is the best part of my achievements. I strongly believe that “if a child cannot learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.
