• Designed complete architecture and tech stack for Freedom Mortgage's Mobile App from scratch. Built company wide vision roadmap for React/React Native/Native base for both Mobile App and Web Frontend.
• Designed architectural vision for migrating MVC/Websphere based frontend to SPA/Cloudfront deployments with DR.
• Designed ClickStream analytics platform for company's customer facing assets through AWS Pinpoint, Kinesis streams, Lambda/S3 to integrate into Sumo and Snowflake.
• Brought new technology solutions such as FullStory, Qualtrics, Kochava, Terraform, GraphQL, Optimizely and Event Driven Architectural Practices to Freedom.
• Worked with product and marketing team to scale the API solutions to 60K DAU across mobile and web apps.

• As head of technology, responsible for delivering .well architected, scalable, travel search platform that supported over a million searches per day and 30K DAUs.
• Led a team of 20+ frontend and backend engineers, architects spread across US, India and Ukraine.
• Transformed legacy, sluggish monolithic e-commerce sites into React frontend and Kubernetes containerized NodeJS and NodeJS/Python Lambda AWS backend. Built a roadmap that span 3 Quarters and production delivery through 11 AB Tests.
• Championed a strong data driven decision making culture through intensive instrumentation using Google Analytics, Amplitude and Real Time alerting through Grafana. Built cross functional collaborative data engineering efforts through powerful dashboards and AB Testing through Optimizely and internally developed tools. This increased AB Testing and granular decision making capability by more than 300%.
• Partnered/Collaborated with CEO/CTO Office & Product Teams towards building functionalities such as Launchpad (Internal AB Testing tool), Common configuration systems, OKR process transformations that addressed organizational wide needs.
• Initiated efforts to track and improve core engineering metrices such as code coverage through Sonarcube, Churn and Refactoring Rates through GitPrime. Mentored teams to reduce overall code duplications down to 2% and built a healthy churn rate. This improved overall Quality Index to 92% (from 75%).

• Architected and built component delivery platform for Eikon plugins using cloud backed entitlement cache (C#/Oracle), local cache and content sharing (SqlLite, C#, C++) and AWS based CDN towards targeted rollout, improved overall efficiency, service availability and customer retention. Microservices delivered through azure cloud offering.
• Built AppStudio Platform – third party app/content integration offering, SDKs (.NET, JavaScript), SAML2 based SSO, subscription / billing / approval workflows (Angular2/ C# REST APIs) and documentation portal. Achieved 50+ app integration in the first year – double the annual target.
• Enhanced the legacy, inextensible core Eikon Navigation system by building Node.JS microservices backed by MongoDB. Serving up to million requests an hour, the system displayed substantial improvements (~15ms/request).
• Instrumental in migrating Eikon Desktop from WPF to Electron and building JavaScript Services/SDKs/Modules for Electron.
• Built a global (NY, Paris, Texas, Bangkok) team of full time employees and contractors. Mentored and managed three managers, leveraged Agile/Scrum processes towards improving team efficiency, transparency and stakeholder inclusiveness.

• Led the technology efforts to deliver the first version of App Portal – third party app integration into Bloomberg Terminal. Built intuitive workflows (JavaScript, C++ Unix, C# SOAP) and usage analytics that were instrumental for trial to purchase conversions.
• Extended proprietary development environment RDEL (WPF) to support integrated SVN based operations, allowing code availability across devices and seamless commit/merge functionality. As part of the infrastructure team, I was responsible for building reusable components and functionalities to be used across the Dev organization.
• Managed a team of 3 developers that developed various tools like NPUB, NLOG that supported building internal apps for hosting in Bloomberg terminal.

Migrated the MicroStrategy Windows product suite from 32-bit to 64-bit architecture to provide better performance.

Extended Bindview's one of the flagship product BV-Control for Checkpoint Firewall. Launched features like auto-discovery of firewall, apply policies across various firewalls.
