Because I operated my own business, I am always aware of details to perform a job adequately and sufficiently. I am aware of the importance of completing a job in a timely manner with attention to any possible conditions that may need addressed to be more efficient and effective in making a job run smoothly.

Getting along with co workers or customers and upper level execs or employer is not only important but my normal way of working or doing business.
