I am currently retired but was a special education teacher in VT for 28 years. I taught in New Jersey and Idaho for 12 years prior to coming to New England, thus I had a teaching career that spanned 40 years.
I specialized in teaching students who were dyslexic how to read, write and use conventional spelling.
I was very good at this and students and their parents still recognize me when ever I am out, and say hello, or thank me for what I was able to do for them.
