Summary

Since earning my degree I've spent the majority of adult career in the food and Beverage industry. Although I have a degree in business administration my joy is being involved with guests. I find that moving with purpose and intent while multi-tasking and engaging to be why I love the industry. It is a true test of my ability and professionalism when each new guest arrives for their dining experience.


Over the years, I have spent a good amount of time Bartending as well. However, for me, personally, I prefer not to be stuck behind a bar, but to rather be moving constantly throughout the shift.


Inside of a restaurant there are only two things that I can ultimately control. My attitude and my effort. Working as a team is vital to success as a whole and working together to accomplish our goals daily has always been a key to my successes in food and beverage.
