- Won 14 conference games in first 2 years which equaled the total for the previous 4 seasons combined.
- 13 wins by double digits compared to 1 total the previous 2 years.
- Improved teams offensive & defensive rating by 40% in 2 years.
- Started "Bigger Than Basketball" meeting series.
