• As a founding member of Theta Tau Alfa fraternity took charge of recruitment. Successfully implemented recruitment strategies that markedly increased the number of pledges to the organization.
• As part of the engineering fraternity project, currently work in a small team that is developing a note-sharing app "Note Pal" envisioned to be an accessible and searchable website to help UTD students quickly find voluntarily uploaded student notes searchable by multiple criteria. Continue to work on improving strategies to increase adoption and solve crowd- sourcing challanges.

• Assisted in data analysis and interpretation to support business decision-making processes for a portfolio of Service Station Stores located across central Texas.
• Used Excel to create different sheets that track purchasing, sales, and expenses for individual stores.
• Presented profit margin/loss summaries for store products to company management.
• Gained valuable teamwork experience consulted with other team members/mentors on the given data tasks and collaboratively refined/improved data products before being shared with the management.

Worked in a small Geotechnical Drilling Company, helping out with assigned tasks; overall experience included:

• Familiarity and appreciation of how a small business is run with multiple tasks handled by a few persons.
• Fielded incoming calls, interacted with field staff (drill rig operators), helped with preparation and maintainence of field schedules and optimal routes for drill jobs, communicated with clients, relayed issues in the field to management.
