Urogynecology and Female Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery

• Independently manage an outpatient urogynecology clinic, evaluating and treating pelvic floor and lower urinary tract disorders and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate and manage pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, interstitial cystitis, chronic pelvic pain, and vulvar conditions.
• Perform comprehensive pelvic examinations including POP-Q staging, pelvic floor muscle assessment, and evaluation of myofascial dysfunction.
• Provide gynecologic and postmenopausal care, including management of genitourinary syndrome of menopause and vulvar dermatologic conditions.
• Perform office-based procedures including pessary management, bladder instillations, suprapubic catheter exchanges, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, and PTNS.
• Conduct and interpret urodynamic studies
• Manage sacral neuromodulation, including PNE placement and device interrogation.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for patients undergoing pelvic reconstructive surgery, including management of postoperative complications and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Per Diem

• Independently evaluate and manage 40–60 patients per shift in a high-volume urgent care setting, treating acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including laboratory and point-of-care testing, radiographs, and electrocardiograms.
• Perform office-based procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, wound and burn care, foreign body removal, splinting/immobilization, minor joint reductions, and digital nerve blocks.
• Provide acute ENT and ophthalmologic care, including ear lavage, epistaxis management, foreign body removal, eye irrigation, and fluorescein examinations.
