For the past 32 years I had been employed by Tidewater Barge Lines retiring in 2017. In that time I worked at several terminals in many capacities. In the last 20 years of service I was the lead at Tidewaters Umatilla terminal. The terminal consists of 38 large storage tanks receiving petroleum products by barge and rail with an outbound pipeline. Duties include but not limited to installing new tanks and plumbing (barge and load rack lines), construction of pipelines above and below ground, new load rack and overhead piping runs including cutting fitting and welding of said projects, repair and maintenance including in service welding.

My experience and skills in terminal operations at Wilma, Columbia River, Pasco, Boardman, and Umatilla include petroleum tank farms and container facilities. As lead, I insured all aspects of operations and maintenance at the terminal including, but not limited to, safe operations, project management, following federal, state, and company mandates, report filing, pipeline operations, improvements in efficiency, customer relations and satisfaction, personnel needs, and managing assets and resources. My goal is to use these skills, my knowledge, and experiences in a role as an Inspector in the pipeline industry. With a background in terminal operations, maintenance, construction and pipeline operations in the petroleum industry, I am looking forward to the challenge and opportunity of joining your team. Im an Individual with experience in Pipeline welding and construction versed in standard procedures, policies and regulations with attention to detail. Flexible with focus and commitment to safety.
