- Coordinate with supplier and sourcing to improve quality of material & Ensuring the quality of receiving material as per sample plane IS-2500 & Change note implementation.
- Analysis of defect and take CAPA & Conducting regular supplier audit to ensure quality system.
- Preparing monthly Incoming Quality Index report.
- Auditing after the operations on assembly line; maintaining the required product quality, FPY Improvement & necessary documentation work as per the IMS requirement.
- Working as core team member for implementation of Business Excellence model at Godrej & driving Kaizen & Quality circles culture in the organization.
- Actively involved in rectifying and solving the various machine Problems.
- Having knowledge of various tools used in making components and preparing tool list for various components.

- On line Audits: The quality audits of compressor Assembly and Unit shell & compressor Machine shop department (line audits) for assurance of consistent quality systems being followed.
