• EMC Symmetrix XP to WES7 porting is a testing project (running PERL scripts) on the storage domain.
• This project mainly focused on maintaining the functionalities and the GUI of the application on the Service Processor (SP) while upgrading from XP to WES7.
• Also worked in the system recovery (SR) team, whose main functionality is to recover the system even during natural disasters and make the system up and running.
• Executed manual test cases on spapps from the Wes7 Regression Test Suite, which included Flex Filter-related, GUI management and its functionalities, Health Check, Call Home, Chat server-related, Installer testing, Credential testing, Logzilla, SPCM failure, ELM, and Scheduler-related test cases.
• Worked as part of the Mainframe Team at Symmetrix, executed test cases on HPAV, DPAV operations, and Storage Virtualization.
• Performed adios installation, configuration, and starting of I/O's from the Unix host.
